Blackie Ltd. is a family owned business which specialises in property maintenance. Our company has had a long history of this type of work and we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver an unrivalled service which offers quality and satisfaction to our customers.
Our Workforce
Our highly skilled team of men and women is fully qualified to City and Guilds and NVQ standards. Because a large proportion of our team is recruited from the areas we service, the team has good local knowledge. The team is over 50 strong and includes:-

Partnerships
We have enjoyed over 100 years of collaboration with Leeds City Council and have been doing property maintenance in Belle Isle for over 12 years.
We partner with carefully selected local contractors for additional services to offer a "one stop shop" for property maintenance.
